2020: AlphaPet acquires the leading German premium dry dog food brand Wolfsblut, strengthening its private label business.
2022: AlphaPet pushes ahead with its internationalisation and acquires the leading British premium brand Arden Grange.
2023: AlphaPet strengthens its position in DACH and acquires Herrmann's Manufaktur, the leading German premium brand in the organic wet food segment (asset deal).
2025: AlphaPet expands its presence in the UK market by acquiring JR Pet Products, its second leading UK brand specializing in natural chews and treats for dogs.
